Who is Bill Barnhill & Omega Properties?

 

Bill Barnhill, CCIM, Ph.D., has over 46 years in commercial real estate, specializing in self-storage for 27 years. A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), he has served on the boards of aviation and marine businesses and is a former president of the Alabama Real Estate Securities and Syndication Institute. Currently, he leads Omega Properties, Inc., a commercial real estate management and brokerage firm in Mobile, Alabama, where he has developed and managed over 3,900 self-storage units and brokered more than $200 million in transactions. Omega Properties is recognized as a regional leader in self-storage investment, providing expertise to maximize investor returns in this growing market.

Who is Zach Beach?
